Private Parties
Host a private workshop (See Below) with your friends, co-workers, or family! Choose from a variety of projects for your group and pick a date and time that works for your group’s schedule.

Hosting a crafting party is a p
erfect solution for any group celebration or team-building event. Please bring your own food and we provide the tables and space.
Enjoy our beer and wine menu while you have fun with your guests!
Step 1 - Enter the date in the Personalization Box to indicate when and how many people are in your group.
Step 2 - Pay a $100 deposit to reserve the entire studio space. We have the capacity for 28 artists, depending on the scale of the projects.
Step 3 - Hammer and Stain will contact you and create a collection for your guests based on your price range. We can also create a coupon code if the host doesn't want the attendees to pay for their own projects. We will then send you a link to the collection to share with your group.
Step 4 - Arrive and enjoy! We take care of the setup, activities, crafting supplies, and cleanup!
Parties can be held on any day depending on availability. You should plan on around a 2-3 hour party and arrive 30 minutes prior for decorating. Bring your own food and enjoy ordering from our drink menu! Corkage charged for outside beer and wine. No liquor permitted. A table will be provided to hold the food and snacks for your guests.
$100 party fee due at time of booking to secure date & time – non-refundable if canceled within 3 days of the party - balance due day of the party.
The final list of designs and party count is due 3 days prior to the party.
If you are a group of less than 8 people skip the private reservation, simply select your projects and times from the many collections we have to offer.
Most adult projects range from $25-$70 and children’s projects range from $20-$40. Contact us for specific pricing. A deposit is required to reserve the studio space for private workshops and parties. This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop! All deposits are refundable once the party minimums are met.
